Energy therapy is the freeing of blockages in body by the movement of the electromagnetic energy of the client using the therapists own energy, to bring about healing.
The electrical energy system of the person consists of the minor and major chakras, the meridian lines and the acupuncture points, plus the electromagnetic field.
These energies are what we relate to as life force energy.

Life energy has a specific pathway throughout and around the body and a direction of flow. These pathways are known as the meridian lines.

Chakras are funnel shaped spinning energy vortexes of multicoloured light. There are seven major chakras associated with specific organs and endocrine glands. For good health and energy it is important that they are functioning freely and in a balanced harmonious way.
Crystals can also be used to help bring the electromagnetic field into balance. Crystals are created by the Earth for the balance of the electromagnetic field of the earth itself and therefore work well to balance the electromagnetic field of the human body.

All crystals are formed of mathematically precise and orderly three dimensional arrangements of atoms. They are the most organised and stable example of physical matter in the natural world. They have the capacity to absorb, reflect and radiate light in the form of stable fields of energy that increase the flow of life force energy in the human.
